Starlight Christmas Market Vendor Application 2024

December 13-14 | Please fill out this form and click submit.

We will notify you if you are approved. In your confirmation email upon submitting this form you will find instructions to submit photos of your products. You will be provided with set-up and tear down information along with a floorplan.

*You will be notified after acceptance into the market whether you will have a 10x10 space or a 6 ft table
(Starlight market will provide a 6ft table per vendor based on availability for $10)

*Date 12/13/24 Vendors are required to table (4:00pm – 8:00pm)
Set up starts at 8:00am on Friday 12/13/24 and must be tabled by 3pm. Breakdown begins at 4:30pm on Saturday 12/14

*Vendor responsible for their décor and additional set up

* Liability waiver form to be submitted upon confirmation of acceptance into the market, not liable for collecting sales taxes, vendors are autonomous. We will email you a link to the liability form to submit.

*Starlight market will be advertising through Sonrise Skagit Website, Mobile App, Social Media, & Community
Billboards.

*Starlight market will provide vendors with digital marketing media to share on their platforms. This is a shared responsibility with vendors to help drive the kind of food traffic you desire.
